Wherever you live in Greater Victoria, there are two ways to work with me: in person at my office at 620 View St., Suite 520 in downtown Victoria, or online by secure video from home. Both options are available for individual and couples sessions, and the free 20-minute consultation is held online so you can get a feel for working together before you travel anywhere.
The office is at 620 View St., Suite 520, in the heart of downtown Victoria. There's a parkade across the street (free after 4 pm on weekdays and for the first hour on weekends) plus metered street parking, and downtown is the hub of the BC Transit network. Get directions.
If you live or work close to downtown, in-person sessions are an easy trip. Wednesday in-person hours run until 9 pm, which can make it easier to fit counselling around work, school pick-ups, or caregiving.
From Saanich, the office is a straightforward drive or bus ride into downtown. If a midweek trip into town is hard to manage, you can book online sessions instead and keep the same counsellor and approach.
Clients from Esquimalt and View Royal can come in person for Wednesday or Saturday sessions, or meet online on the days that suit their schedule better.
Online sessions can save the drive into town, especially on weekday evenings. Saturday in-person hours are another option if you'd rather meet face to face without fighting traffic.

Online: Wed 9:00 am – 5:00 pm, Thu 6:30 – 8:30 pm, Fri 10:00 am – 12:00 pm and 2:30 – 6:00 pm, Sat 9:00 am – 5:00 pm.
