For the bone-deep exhaustion of burnout and compassion fatigue, I help you slow your nervous system, make sense of what’s been depleted, and begin to recover. Drawing from CBT, DBT, and somatic approaches, we’ll work practically and thoughtfully with stress patterns, boundaries, emotional overload, and the signals your body has been carrying for too long. Together, the focus is on restoring energy, clarifying what matters, and rebuilding a sense of meaning, sustainability, and steadiness in your life.
We'll work on recovery in a grounded, practical way: nervous system regulation, values alignment, and structured boundary work you can actually follow. I draw from CBT/DBT tools, somatic regulation, and trauma-aware pacing.
Burnout counselling is available throughout Greater Victoria, including Victoria, Saanich, Oak Bay, Esquimalt, Langford, Colwood, and View Royal. Sessions can be held in-person at my downtown Victoria location or online from anywhere in BC.
